Lucy, our Designer Manager, explains why the team developed these bags.
“Radley by Design is our take on another huge trend. Being able to customise your bag and make it more you. It’s so versatile. The idea is that you need different things from your bag depending on the day, so you can add or take away as necessary. We designed this to make life easier.”
And who doesn’t want an easier life, right? Let’s breakdown how you can mix and match.
There are currently three bag sizes to choose from, all crafted from beautiful, smooth leather and in your choice of classic Black or Butterscotch. Because we know you love a bit of colour and texture, we also have a faux snakeskin-effect leather option.
Let’s say you’re heading into the office. Start with the large tote to stash your laptop, a book for the commute, and even some lunch. But you don’t want to dig through the tote to find your smaller essentials, like your phone, lipstick and purse. So you simply clip on the small shoulder bag with the handy high-shine clips. Bonus? If you’re heading out later, you can always leave your tote in the office and just take the shoulder bag.
If you’re of the more-is-more school of thought (us too) you can also add in the medium cross body bag. Or combine the medium and small for a day out shopping. The best part is, it’s entirely up to you.
There are accessories that add to the look too. Some of our purses and cardholders can be clipped on in the exact same way.
